It is off until an administrator turns it on, granted only to the specific people you choose, and enforced at the database level — hiding a screen is never our only defense. Donor details stay out of logs and reports.

I'm Ken Kicker, and I run operations at a multi-site church — which makes me the person who has to care for our givers well, not just count them.
I built Donor Care because the tools for this were either a spreadsheet that forgot things or a bloated suite priced for a big development office. I wanted something that helped a small team actually follow up — and I use it every week.

Where does our giving data come from?
You can import it from a spreadsheet, enter it directly, or sync it automatically from Pushpay.
Is our donor data secure?
Yes. Donor and giving features are off by default, granted per person, and protected at the database level. Details stay out of logs and reports.
How many staff can use it?
As many as you want. Every plan includes unlimited users, because caring for donors is a team effort.
